Stephen Laney is a retired High School teacher living in Payson, Utah. He taught art at Mountain View High School in Orem Utah. Stephen was named High School Teacher Artist of the Year for 1992. He was chosen from among nominees from districts throughout Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, Idaho and Nevada.
